WHILE I always stumble over sentenses, i sometimes land on interesting ideas

From the first day of school, I've worn the dyslictia badge. A label that early in life I viewed as a hurdle, but I now affectionatelly refer to as my unique superpower. Sure reading a book might lead me on an unexpected adventure, and spelling competitions have never been my forte, but dislexia has been my guide into the enchanting realm of creative thinking. Looking back, I realize it's not a limitation; dyzlexia has taught me to danse with words and write with vizuals.

Since 2016, I've been on a global growth spree with Media.Monks, making magic happen with an incredible team of collaborators. From pitching award-winning ideas to locking in long-term  AOR / POR contracts. I pride myself on being as hybrid as I can be. You name it, I’ll try to figure it out – pitch positioning, creative strategy, big idea thinking, innovation, all the way to global execution. My dedication lies in fostering growth across a wide array of capabilities, including campaigns, social content, asset-at-scale creation, and immersive experience projects. 

Seeing Media.Monks' talent pool expand from 350 to 10,000 over 8 years has been truly remarkable. And because greatness is just a collaboration away, the story is just beginning.

Over the years, I've built dedicated teams for large-scale and long-term client relationships. Focused on finding the right mixture of global skills and creative personalities, I aim to build rocket science chemistry within the team. I've crafted successful cross-timezone and cross-capability teams for brands like HP, Netflix, Microsoft, Amazon, Twitch, Google, Snapchat, and Booking.com.

As a traditionally schooled agency creative from Amsterdam, I love the 5 minute dopamine rush you get when you have a good idea. I wouldn't be able to live without it. But what I started to love even more is to collaborate with world class talent that has different skillsets than mine. The times i’ve heard “that not possible, but if you do this” really elevated projects to unforeseen levels.
